The Core Group has never been large and we have no premises nor paid staff.
Everyone has a job:
Amy (1st on the left) was the project manager for both the Guides and was paid a very small honorarium for a set number of hours every week. Needless to say she worked many hours over an above the minimum requirements and we will continue to rely on her expertise and flair.
Val (2nd on the left) is the Group’s Secretary and also a star surveyor with husband Gerry (in the middle). Gerry also audits the accounts during the lifetime of projects and when they end.
Jennette (2nd from the right) is the Group’s Convenor and Treasurer. The Group only raises money for specific projects and grants are made on the basis that the project will be completed within a reasonable timescale, i.e. there are no ongoing costs.
Andy (1st on the right) has produced this Website which it is hoped will be maintained through donations from those who benefit from it.
When the Group has a meeting it is made welcome in the Cafe at the Malvern Theatres and a big thank you to the staff there for their help.
